Individual and Group Counseling, Medical and Court Advocacy are offered. Partner Abuse Intervention Services are available for the perpetrators. Economic Crisis services include an emergency food pantry, toiletries, diapers, and rental assistance.

Consumer Credit Counseling Services of Northern Illinois is a 501c3 non-profit organization, helping people in the community improve their money management skills since 1982. Certified Counselors offer budget, housing, bankruptcy, student loan and credit repair counseling and financial literacy workshops.

Easterseals DuPage & Fox Valley is a multidisciplinary outpatient pediatric rehabilitation provider serving the suburban Chicago area from three centers located in Villa Park, Naperville, and Elgin. We serve children with developmental delays and disabilities while supporting their families. We are a Center of Excellence for NDT and CARF accredited. Our core services include PT, OT, SLT, and mental health.

Ecker Center for Behavioral Health offers comprehensive services for children, adolescents, and adults. Treatment is carefully planned and customized for each person based on their needs and strengths. Clinical services and treatment programs are available for individuals with mental health, substance use, and/or gambling disorders. EPEL is an early childhood community collaboration that partners with organizations in the eleven communities within the 90 miles of School District U-46 boundaries. EPEL works collaboratively with partners to provide resources, early childhood community initiatives and support for families and providers of children under five years of age to prepare them for school and life.

Family Service Association We are a community mental health center offering services to youth, families, and adults. Our goal is to strengthen individuals and families to meet the challenges of modern life in positive and constructive ways. Founded in 1931, the organization has grown to a multi-service agency currently serving more than 2,000 families annually.

Food For Greater Elgin (FFGE) is the second largest food pantry in Kane County, founded in 2011. They combat food insecurity by providing resources to the community, offering guest-choice distributions weekly and collaborating with other organizations and businesses to provide additional services and resources addressing issues contributing to food insecurity.

Fox Valley Hands of Hope (FVHH) is a nonprofit organization dedicated to providing expert support for children, families, and adults who are experiencing grief or loss. Our mental health programs are community-funded, allowing us to deliver the best guidance at no cost to the client– we believe that everyone should be given hope without restriction.

Greater Family Health provides a full range of primary care services to publicly insured, uninsured, and commercial insured area residents. Services available include adult and senior health, obstetrics and gynecology, pediatrics, and behavioral health services, including counseling/therapy, psychiatry, and substance use disorder services.

The mission of Latino Treatment Center is to assist people with substance misuse disorder, find comprehension, respect and compassion for the issues they may be facing in their lives. Treatment is provided by our bilingual and bicultural staff through the use of bilingual materials specifically developed to cover the needs of the Latinx population.

The Literacy Connection helps adults acquire fundamental literacy skills by teaching them to read, write, speak and understand English through one-on-one, group, and workplace tutoring. These essential services are for adults with low levels of proficiency, often below a sixth-grade reading level. In addition, all programs encourage adults to pursue further education or work training opportunities.

Marklund serves infants, children, teens, and adults with serious and profound developmental disabilities and special healthcare needs. Their three residential locations–Geneva, Bloomingdale, and Elgin–are home to 178 residents. Each location has on-site Community Day Services for adults, which provides individualized programming that includes a topical curriculum and focuses on daily living and vocational skills to improve each individual’s level of independence.

PADS of Elgin is a 24/7 shelter that prioritizes homeless individuals' basic needs, such as a safe place to sleep, meals, and hygiene facilities. Case managers create tailored action plans with guests to identify barriers to homelessness. Services include GED assistance, housing searches, and referrals to substance abuse or mental health counseling.

Senior Services Associates, Inc. is a non-profit agency dedicated to sustaining and improving the quality of life for individuals age 60 and older, the disabled and their caregivers by providing access to the social services they need. They are dedicated to preserving their independence, promoting mental and physical well-being and protecting their rights and dignity.

The Society of St. Vincent de Paul conference of St. Thomas More and St. Laurence Parishes serve the west side of Elgin, IL. It is a Catholic lay organization whose mission is to provide service to all who are in need. Our assistance may take the form of intervention, consultation, or often through direct dollar or in-kind service.

The Well Child Center was founded over 50 years ago with the goal of providing uninsured children with primary and preventive medical care. For over five decades, the Well Child Center has served thousands of Elgin area children and families directly and by putting them in contact with other community resources.
